You’ll get the most space for your dollar in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 3137 West 76th Street,on the border of booming Inglewood and Hyde Park in South LA. The Spanish-style abode, built in 1938, is fronted by a succulent garden. Inside, you’ll find a fireplace, arched entryways, and “authentic clay tiles.” The 6,811 square feet property holds a detached two-car garage. On the market for the first time in 47 years, it’s asking $515,000.

Long Beach

Here’s an opportunity to own a condo in the historic Villa Riviera. One of the most beautiful and iconic buildings in Long Beach, the high-rise was built in 1928 and comes with property tax breaks under the Mills Act.
