The likelihood of that sweet red Porshe being part of the deal is slim, but this Long Beach apartment is still worth a look. Located in Long Beach’s Belmont Shore neighborhood, the unit has two bedrooms and is coming of a remodel; it’s also basically a block from the ocean. It rents for $2,050.

There is the possibility of in-unit laundry if you already have a washer and dryer. The front and back yard are included, as are two off-street parking spaces. It rents for $2,000.





Make your bungalow dreams a reality in this Pasadenaone-bedroom. The unit sports original hardwood floors, central air conditioning, granite counters, and a marble-tiled bathroom. It has parking for one car and rents for $2,025.
