The building is small, with only eight units, and comes with parking for an extra monthly fee ($75) and on-site laundry. Located a block away from Little Ethiopia and its delectable eateries, the apartment rents for $2,295.

Parking is available for an added monthly fee ($200). The apartment rents for $2,200.

Tucked up behind the Whole Foods 365 market in Silver Lake, this two-bedroom apartment in a gated complex features hardwood floors, on-site laundry, and parking for an extra monthly fee. Located a short walk from the LA River and Silver Lake Meadow, the apartment rents for $2,295.
