East Hollywood

Just a few blocks from the Vermont/Sunset Red Line station, this one-bedroom apartment is in a transit-friendly and central location. The apartment offers an open kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. It rents for $2,260.


Via Pacific Listings

Valley Village

Over in the San Fernando Valley, this week’s price point buys a bit more room. This two-bedroom apartment is a lower-level unit with hardwood floors, plenty of kitchen counter space, and two ample bedrooms. It rents for $2,150.

This one-bedroom apartment is around the corner from the Beverly Center. The upper level unit has laminate floors, a walk-in closet, a wet bar in the living room, and central air conditioning. It rents for $2,295.
